Domestic Shipping
Orders placed by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will be
shipped on the same business day, orders received after
1 PM may be shipped on the next business day.
During busy holiday seasons, orders - except next day
shipping - may take one day longer to process.
Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on
domestic orders over $50.

2. Do you accept International orders?

International order shipping charge and method:
When you process your order, you can choose a shipping option. Shipping charge will be decided with weight and distance.
3. Return Policy
You may return your order within 15 days from the date of shipment for refund and exchange.
When you return or exchange merchandise, please follow
these steps:
- Contact us by email or phone, and request a Return Authorization Number.
- Fill out Return Form.
- Returns and exchanges should be sent to below address with original invoice, packing material and return form.

- A refund or exchange will be issued within 15 days after we verify the condition of returned merchandise.
Please note the following restrictions;
- The item must be returned in its original condition and unworn.
- Merchandise that have been worn and damaged due to customer's negligence cannot be returned.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless your order is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The original invoice and the return form have to accompany the returned item.
- When you return merchandise, please keep a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost merchandise that occurs in transit to us.
- If you refuse delivery of order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return.
4. Sales Tax
NY state residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.

For mail order, we also accept personal check or money order, and we will ship your order after you check is cleared.
